Empowering You to Stabilize and Thrive
Welcome, I am so happy you are here. I want you to know that you are not broken — but something isn’t working.
Maybe your days feel chaotic. Tasks pile up. Motivation comes and goes. You know what you should be doing, but turning intention into consistent action feels exhausting.
You might be functioning — but not confidently. Managing daily life takes more energy than it should, and the lack of structure slowly erodes your self‑trust.
The Independent Living Reset exists for this exact moment.
Most programs offer motivation. Some offer advice. Others offer therapy.
The Independent Living Reset offers structure:
* Small, facilitated online groups (you are not doing this alone)
* Clear expectations and consistent accountability
* Practical skills practiced in real life, not just discussed
* A defined beginning, middle, and end — so you can measure progress
This program is designed for adults who are ready to participate, practice, and change how they live day‑to‑day.

I’m not a clinician. I’m a facilitator who has spent years observing what happens when people lose structure, identity, or support—and what helps them rebuild it. I’ve translated that into a clear, ethical, repeatable process.
As Your Facilitator, I am passionate about providing you with the structure you need to navigate this crucial phase in your life. I understand the challenges you may be facing and I am committed to helping you overcome them.
I myself have rebuilt more times than I ever expected to.
Through loss, disruption, and the dismantling of life as I knew it, I learned something essential: moving forward isn’t about motivation—it’s about structure, clarity, and making grounded decisions one step at a time.
The Independent Living Reset was created for those who don’t need saving—but do need a solid foundation to stand on once again.
I am someone who understands financial vulnerability.
I am someone who values protection over hype & action over words.
I am someone who has lived through great loss and rebuilt with restraint over and over again.
I am the one who created the program I needed—when my life was changed forever…the first time.
The Independent Living Reset is not just a course; it's a community of individuals on a similar journey, coming together to learn, grow, and support each other, one week at a time.
ABOUT YOUR FACILITATOR
The Independent Living Reset is facilitated by someone who knows — both personally and professionally — how easily daily life can become unmanageable when structure breaks down.
Heidi is the creator and facilitator of The Independent Living Reset. Her work is grounded in real-world experience supporting adults through periods of life disruption, overwhelm, and rebuilding.
She brings a practical, compassionate approach focused on restoring daily capacity, emotional regulation, and functional independence — especially for people who feel capable but depleted after prolonged stress, loss, or instability.
Rather than offering advice or quick fixes, Heidi creates structured, supportive environments where people can regain clarity, stability, and confidence at a pace that is sustainable. Her facilitation style is calm, contained, and deeply respectful of individual limits and lived experience.
The Independent Living Reset was developed from years of observing a common gap: many capable adults don’t need more information, therapy or advice — they need practical structure, support, and a safe place to rebuild daily functioning.
Heidi facilitates with the belief that meaningful change happens gradually, through consistency, care, and restored capacity — not pressure.
As a facilitator, the focus is not on fixing people or diagnosing problems. The work is about helping participants:
* Rebuild routines that actually fit their lives
* Practice skills in real-world conditions
* Regain confidence through consistency
* Develop self-trust through follow-through
The facilitation style is calm, grounded, and direct. Participants are supported — and also expected to take responsibility for their progress.
This program is intentionally small, structured, and practical, because meaningful change happens through participation, not motivation alone.
The goal is simple: to help you rebuild daily life in a way that feels manageable, sustainable, and self-directed.
You are not being asked to become someone new — you are rebuilding systems that support the person you are now.
