Live Group Zoom Meetings Every Tuesday for 12-Weeks from 5:30pm-7:30pm AST This is a comprehensive educational program designed to support individuals rebuilding daily life after major transition, loss, burnout, or disruption. This program addresses multiple areas of life together, rather than in isolation. Areas of focus include: * emotional regulation and stabilization * daily routines and structure * nourishment and rest * home environment and safety * confidence and self-trust * independent living skills This is not therapy, counseling, or crisis intervention. Cancellation Policy
The Independent Living Reset (TILR) Agreement Participants understand that TILR provides education, guidance & facilitated learning, not therapy, counseling, medical care, legal advice, or financial advising. Scope The program may include: Educational sessions Group discussions Guided exercises Written materials & tools All content is intended for general educational purposes only. Participants acknowledge that TILR: Is not psychotherapy or mental health treatment Does not diagnose, treat, or cure any condition Does not replace professional services such as medical, legal, financial, or mental health care Participants agree not to rely on TILR as a substitute for professional advice specific to their circumstances. Participants acknowledge & agree that: They are responsible for their own decisions, actions & outcomes Participation in the program is voluntary Results vary based on individual effort, circumstances, & external factors TILR does not guarantee specific outcomes. Emotional Safety & Boundaries TILR is designed to be a respectful, structured learning environment. Participants understand that: Emotional topics may arise naturally during learning & reflection The program is not a crisis intervention service Participants experiencing severe emotional distress, thoughts of self-harm, or urgent mental health concerns are encouraged to seek immediate support from licensed professionals or emergency services. Group Conduct & Confidentiality Participants agree to: Treat others with respect & courtesy Maintain confidentiality of personal information shared by others in the group Not record sessions or distribute materials without permission TILR reserves the right to remove a participant from the program if conduct is disruptive, unsafe, or violates these guidelines. Refunds in such cases are at the program’s discretion. Intellectual Property All program materials, content, frameworks, and exercises are the intellectual property of TILR & may not be reproduced, shared, or sold without written permission. Limitation of Liability To the fullest extent permitted by law, participants agree that Independent Living Reset & its facilitator(s) are not liable for decisions, actions, or outcomes resulting from participation in the program. Agreement & Acknowledgment By enrolling in TILR, participants confirm that they: Have read & understood this agreement Agree to participate responsibly & respectfully Accept the educational nature & limitations of the program
